There is a diverse range of electric bikes out there to choose from. Each one of these categories or kinds of e-bikes is loaded with many different alternatives. I will be writing a companion article discussing the many different e-bikes in each category or kind and in the process create an article on my top 5 or 10 e-bikes for each category or kind of e-bikes.  So, if you are interested in buying an e-bike yourself I will be giving you a breakdown of what I think are the best. Of course, it is a subjective decision and you may want to do your own research to find the perfect e-bike for you.

The distance range of e-bikes differs depending on the bike, the weight the bike is carrying, the rider, and the terrain you are riding. But basically, the distance range falls between 30 miles all the way up to 230 miles. So, check with you bike shop and research the bike to find the right one for you.
